Aims and Scope

 

Journal of Patient Care and Services (JPCS) is an international peer-reviewed, open access journal devoted to the study of health care delivery, patient services, and patient outcomes. The journal's purpose is to provide a forum for the exchange of best practices, emerging trends, and concerns among researchers, clinicians, and all healthcare professionals engaged in improving the quality of care delivered and received by all patients. It seeks to provide a platform for the sharing of knowledge and research on the latest advances in patient care and services, explore innovative solutions to enhance care, and discuss the impact of healthcare delivery and the changing medical landscape.

 

The journal publishes original research articles and reviews articles on topics such as patient assessment, communication, chronic illness management, end-of-life care, psychological disorders, resource utilization and allocation, and cost-benefit evaluations. Research in the field of patient care and services is both rapidly growing and evolving, and JPCS is the ideal venue for scholars and practitioners to present the latest innovations and discoveries. The primary mission of the journal is to foster the advancement of patient care and services through the dissemination of scientific knowledge and clinical information. JPCS seeks to promote excellence in patient care and services by publishing articles that encompass a range of research and scholarly activities including, but not limited to, clinical trials, epidemiological studies, outcomes research, quality improvement, health care delivery systems, health economics, and policy analysis. 

 

At JPCS, we focus on publishing articles that have a direct impact on the development and delivery of patient care and services. We welcome original research manuscripts and review articles on topics such as patient safety, health care policy, and cost-effectiveness. The scope of the journal includes papers on topics related to patient care and services, such as methods for providing effective and efficient care, quality of health care, patient safety, healthcare systems and technology, ethics, economics, and the impact of health policies. We invite authors to present well-crafted and contextualized articles which aim to improve the patient experience and clinical outcomes. 

 

JPCS aims to provide a platform for the exchange of innovative ideas and evidence-based practice among health care practitioners, policymakers, and the public. Content focuses on topics such as medical practice, medical education, clinical research, medical systems, health policy, and technology, clinical medicine, infectious diseases, and public health, as well as science, technology, and nutrition. The journal welcomes original research, review articles, and case reports from a broad range of disciplines, including internal medicine, general practice, nursing, allied and community health, family medicine, healthcare management, psychology, physical therapy, and occupational therapy.

 

JPCS seeks to publish articles focused on exploring new models of patient care, promoting patient safety and well-being, and enhancing clinical outcomes. The journal also explores the impact of healthcare delivery and the changing landscape of the medical field. The scope of the JPCS is broad and includes all aspects of patient care and services.
