Biography
- He holds a medical degree from the Federal University of Paraíba (2001).
- He attended medical residency in neurology and neurosurgery at the Server Hospital of the State of Rio de Janeiro (2002-2005).
- He holds a degree in Neurology and Neurosurgery from the MEC and a specialist in Neurosurgery from AMB.
- He did an improvement in pediatric neurosurgery at the Escola Paulista de Medicina in 2006.
- Postgraduate in Pediatric Neurosurgery by the European Society of Pediatric Neurosurgery. PhD from the University of São Paulo-USP-2015.
- Active member of the International Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery (ISPN).
- Currently he is an assistant professor of neurology at the Federal University of Paraíba, coordinator of the discipline of Neurology at the University of João Pessoa (UNIPÊ), professor at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Paraíba, Head of Pediatric Neurosurgery at the Arlinda Marques pediatric complex. Coordinator of the Latin American Course of Neuroendoscopy in December 2011.
- President of the X Brazilian Congress of Pediatric Neurosurgery in May 2013. Coordinator of the pre-congress course of the Latin American Congress of Neuroendoscopy 2016.
- He is currently the national coordinator of laboratories linked to the Brazilian Society of Neurosurgery - SBN Editor (Editorial Board) of the Journal of Acute Disease Reviewer of the World Neurosurgery- USA Member of the fiscal council of the Brazilian Society of Pediatric Neurosurgery.
