Aims and Scope

Open Access Pub launches the Open Peer-Reviewed Journal-"Journal of Hypertension and Cardiology” The journal aims to cover the latest outstanding developments in the prevention, management, treatment of cardiovascular diseases, Hypertension.

Our aim is to promote the advancement of knowledge in these fields and to support the development of effective prevention and management strategies for the benefit of human health.

JHC covers a wide range of topics related to hypertension and cardiovascular disease, including:

Epidemiology and risk factors: Research on the prevalence, incidence, and distribution of hypertension and cardiovascular disease, as well as the factors that contribute to the development and progression of these conditions. This may include the study of demographic, lifestyle, environmental, genetic, and social factors, as well as the development of risk prediction models and population-based interventions.

Pathophysiology and mechanisms: Investigations into the underlying biological and physiological mechanisms of hypertension and cardiovascular disease, as well as the role of genetic and environmental factors in their development and progression. This may include the study of molecular and cellular pathways, as well as the use of animal and human models to understand the mechanisms of disease.

Diagnosis and assessment: Studies on the development and evaluation of diagnostic methods and tools for the detection and assessment of hypertension and cardiovascular disease, including blood pressure measurement, imaging techniques, and biomarkers. This may include the use of advanced technologies, such as machine learning and artificial intelligence, to improve the accuracy and reliability of diagnostic tools.

Prevention and management: Research on the development and evaluation of interventions for the prevention and management of hypertension and cardiovascular disease, including lifestyle modifications, pharmacological treatments, and surgery. This may include the study of the effectiveness and safety of different interventions, as well as the development of personalized and precision medicine approaches to treatment.

Health outcomes and quality of life: Investigations into the impact of hypertension and cardiovascular disease on patient outcomes and quality of life, including morbidity, mortality, and patient-reported outcomes. This may include the use of health economics and health services research methods to understand the burden of disease and the effectiveness of interventions.

In addition to original research articles, JHC also publishes review articles, case reports, and perspective pieces. All articles are rigorously reviewed by experts in the field to ensure the quality and scientific accuracy of the work. As an open access journal, JHC is committed to making the latest research on hypertension and cardiovascular disease accessible to a global audience. All articles are freely available to read and download, ensuring that the knowledge and insights gained from our published research can be shared and applied to improve human health.

JHC is committed to supporting the international research community and to promoting the exchange of ideas and knowledge across different disciplines and countries. We welcome submissions from researchers around the world, and we encourage authors to consider the global relevance of their work and to address the impact of their findings on different populations and settings.

In addition to publishing high-quality research, JHC is also committed to promoting the responsible conduct of research and to upholding the highest ethical standards. We expect all authors to follow the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and to adhere to the principles of transparency, reproducibility, and integrity.
