Editorial Policies

Editorial policies are a set of guidelines that publishers use to regulate and define the content of their publications. They provide direction to the editorial staff and help to maintain the integrity of the work. Editorial policies typically cover topics, language, accuracy, formatting, and publication standards.

Open Access:

Open access publishing enables authors to distribute their work freely and without the need for a subscription. Any articles that have been published may be read, downloaded, copied, or redistributed without charge. Authors can leverage the power of the internet to increase the reach and effect of their publications by making their research freely available online.

Peer Review:

We adhere to single blind peer review. But, if authors want, they can opt for double-blind peer review by leaving their names and affiliations out of the manuscript and only including them in the cover letter.

Memberships:

We are pleased to inform you that our membership program offers a unique opportunity for authors to publish unlimited articles within a designated timeframe. While a nominal fee may be imposed, members are granted complete exemption from author publication charges for publication in an open access journal. This offer is valid for a number of manuscripts during the entire duration of your membership with our journal. Moreover, membership includes a range of valuable author services.

Article Processing Charges:

We want to highlight the benefits of Open Access journals. These journals are accessible to anyone in the world without any subscription fee. Instead, we collect a one-time charge from authors to cover the costs of publishing. You can find more information about these charges on our website.

Funding Disclosure:

Funding details will be provided in the actual manuscript as well as in the article's online and PDF versions. Only if there are any financial details are they included in this section.

Animal Research:

It is important that laboratory animals must be treated with care and in accordance with established rules. Any failure to take precautionary measures during experiments will be considered a violation of the law. We do not tolerate scientific fraud or falsely researched data, and any such misconduct will result in serious consequences. Additionally, we consider copyright violations to be unethical and will take appropriate action to address them.

Human Subjects Research:

Only after outlining potential outcomes or any other circumstances, including the consequences of the experiment's failure, should you obtain everyone engaged in the study's agreement. When necessary, stringent confidentiality and privacy must be maintained. Don't use excessive rewards as a means of manipulating the public or individual people.

Copyright and License:

I want to inform you that we operate under the CREATIVE COMMONS LICENSE. This means that your work will be available for copying and distribution, as long as the author is properly cited. You will retain the copyright and publishing rights without any restrictions.
All articles published under this license will be accessible to the public for free, and can be downloaded, replicated, and shared in accordance with the license terms.

Ethics:

It is imperative that all individuals involved in the publishing process adhere to ethical behavior. We have outlined the expected ethical conduct for each role, and we also follow the guidelines set forth by COPE and ICMJE. We strongly encourage our editors, reviewers, and authors to familiarize themselves with the COPE and ICMJE websites for further information.

Plagiarism Detection:

We use CrossCheck and Ithenticate to screen every paper carefully. Plagiarized manuscripts are desk rejected and authors are provided with a report for their reference. Unfortunately, plagiarism has become a mounting issue in recent times. However, we always encourage and support authors who maintain their originality and come up with novel ideas.

Duplicate Publication:

Falsification is the act of conducting research and recording it without following the necessary procedures to produce the desired outcome. As you can see, doing this is completely incorrect.

Corrections to Published Work:

In order to retain the information regarding the data and the availability of current data, CrossMark will indicate any corrections in accordance with COPE criteria.

Advertising and Sponsorship:

I would like to inform you that we have not promoted any advertisements in any of our journals so far. We do not display any advertisements on any part of our page. While in-house advertisements may be considered in the future, we do not encourage third-party advertisements at present. However, if you are interested in borrowing some ad space, we recommend that you consult us at [email protected] before making any decisions. As of now, we do not rely on any sponsorships.

Figure Quality:

It is important to note that figures included in publications must be accompanied by clear titles and detailed legends. These legends should be placed directly below the corresponding figure to ensure ease of comprehension.
