Editors and Reviewers
Eligible for waivers up to 30% of the original APC. Waivers cannot be combined.
Authors (Low-Income Regions)
Partial waivers are available for authors from lower-middle and low-income countries, based on need.
Students
Eligible students may publish at a flat rate of $540 USD with valid university ID.
Withdrawal charges are 30% of the APC if a paper is withdrawn after 3 days of submission. Please note that submitting elsewhere without official withdrawal is considered ethical misconduct.
