Biography
Codreanu completed his Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Doctor of Philosophy (D.Phil.) degrees in Medical Imaging at the University of Oxford in England. Subsequently he pursued a Nuclear Medicine residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA and a PET/CT fellowship at the University of Arizona Medical Center in Tucson, AZ. He is Board certified in Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology. Following his training in England and USA, Dr. Codreanu returned to his home country, serving as an Associate Professor of Radiology at the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Nicolae Testemitanu†in Chisinau, Moldova. Before returning to Moldova, he was a licensed medical practitioner in the states of Pennsylvania and Arizona. He is the author of over 60 peer review publications and a book chapter, being also awarded the title of Habilitated Doctor of Medicine
