Biography

Jie Yin is a researcher at Capital Medical University, China, whose work focuses on nutrition and metabolism, microbiome, redox biology, and pig science. His investigations have examined the nutritional regulation of amino acids and peptides, with emphasis on how nutrients including arginine, glutamate, cysteine, and methionine affect growth performance, immune function, oxidative balance, and nutritional absorption.
