Biography:

  • I am an Associate Professor in Applied and Integrative Physiology and I teach courses in Applied Systems Physiology, Metabolism and Exercise, Human Cardiovascular function.
  • My reserach interests are related to adipose tissue function and metabolism, nutrional approaches to modulating muscle function and the application of novel technologies to montior cardiovascular function.
  • I have good publication history with 50 papers in peer reviewed journals, several book chapters and over 50 communcations as conference proceedings.
