Aims And Scope


Open Access Pub launches the Open Peer-Reviewed Journal -” International Journal Of Nutrition. ISSN NO: 2379-7835”. IJN concentrates on the review of manuscripts that address human, animal, cellular, and molecular nutrition, and is especially interested in publishing manuscripts that advance the understanding of nutritional mechanisms in human populations, in animals, in relevant model organisms, inappropriate primary cells or cell culture models, and/or at the molecular level. Manuscripts addressing interactions of nutrition with genetics, physiological regulation, health outcomes, and behavioral outcomes are generally well suited for publication in IJN.

The effects of nutrients may only be discernible over an extended period, during which all food and waste must be analyzed. The number of variables involved in such experiments is high, making nutritional studies time-consuming and expensive, which explains why the science of nutrition is still slowly evolving. With advances in the fields of molecular biology, biochemistry, nutritional immunology, molecular medicine and genetics, the study of nutrition is increasingly concerned with metabolism and metabolic pathways.


All papers addressing the evolving nutritional science in all aspects are welcome. Authors can contact the Editor-in-Chief in advance to inquire about the potential suitability of their research topic for review.
